the Northerly margin of South 7th Street; thence Northerly along the existing Easterly
margin of Rainier Avenue South a distance of 15 feet to the true point of beginning of
said line; thence Southeasterly a distance of 12.5 feet, more or less, to a point on the
Northerly margin of South 7th Street, 15 feet Easterly of its intersection with the
Easterly margin of Rainier Avenue South and the point of beginning.
Said property being described as follows:
