consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
CD consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us
CD therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
CJ a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
r- public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

All that portion of the/110 feet of the south ]40 feet of that
portion of the northwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of
Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East; W.M. lying east of Park
Avenue North; less streets; described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the above described tract;
thence northerly along the westerly line thereof, said line also being
the easterly margin of Park Avenue North, a distance of 25 feet; thence
southeasterly along the arc ogf a curve to the left, radius 25 feet,
through a central angle of 90 , an arc length of 39.27 feet to a point
on the southerly line of the above described tract, said line also being
the northerly margin of North 6th Street; thence westerly along the
northerly margin of North 6th Street a distance of 25 feet to the south-
westerly corner of the above described tract, the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton, its
successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
