THE GRANTOR, PUBLIC HOSPITAL DISTRICT NO . 1 of KING COUNTY, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington , for and in consideration
of ONE DOLLAR, ($1 . 00 ) , and other consideration, conveys and quit claims
to THE CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington,
the following described real estate , situated in the County of KING ,
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the
grantor therein;
Two parcels of land of varying width over the following described
property:
All that portion of the North one-half of the Northeast one-quarter
of Section 31 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East ; W.M. lying northerly
of the Northerly margin of South 43rd Street (So . 180th Street) ;
Westerly of the Westerly margin of Springbrook Road ; and Easterly
of SR 167 (East Valley Freeway) .
Said parcels being described as follows :
PARCEL "A"
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the above described property;
thence Northerly along the Westerly property line to a point 15 feet
Northerly of and perpendicularly to the Southerly line of said
property; thence Easterly a distance of 540 feet , more or less , to a
point on the Southerly line of said property ; thence westerly along
said property line 540 feet , more or less , to the southwest corner
of said property. Said Parcel "A" contains 3 ,988 . 76 sq. feet .
PARCEL "B"
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the above described property;
thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said property a distance
of 20 feet to an intersection with a curve (radius 30 feet) , bearing
Northeasterly from said Southerly margin ; thence Northeasterly along
said curve , radius 30 feet , a distance of 30 feet to a point 5 feet
westerly, measured perpendicularly from the Easterly property line of
said property; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the
right , radius 830 feet , a distance of 165 feet , more or less, to the
Easterly line of the above described property; thence southerly along

southeast corner of said property, the point of beginning.
Said Parcel "B" contains 752 square feet .
