THE GRANTOR UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation,

a for and in consideration of
conveys and quit claims to the City of Renton, Washington
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
ALL those portions of the North 30 feet of Lot 10, all of Lots 11-16 inclusive,
and the North 30 feet of Lot 17, together with the vacated alley adjoining, of Block
10, Renton Farm Plat, according to the plat recorded in Vol. 10 of plats, page 97,
records of King County, Washington, described as follows:
(A) BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 14; thence Easterly along the Norther-
ly line thereof a distance of 10 feet; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve to
the left, radius 10 feet, through the central angle of 90°, an arc length of 15.71 feet
to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 14, 10 feet Southerly of the Northwesterly
corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 14 a distance of
10 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof, the true point of beginning.
(B) BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 13; thence Westerly along the
Northerly line thereof a distance of 10 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a
curve to the right, radius 10 feet through a central angle of 90°, an arc length of
15. 71 feet, to a point on the Easterly line thereof 10 feet Southerly of the North-
easterly corner; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot 12 a distance of
10 feet to the Northeasterly corner thereof, the point of beginning.

the corporation that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowl-
edged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of
said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on
oath stated that they are authorized to execute the said instrument
and the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
