plat recorded in Volume..9 .of.&1ats, page 76, records of King County, Washington,
lying Sdu't1ierly and Westerly of the following described line;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 15; thence Northerly along the
Westerl,yy line of. said Lot 15 'distance of 16 feet; thence Westerly, perpendicularly
to said-Westerly line, a distance of 2 feet to the true point of beginning of said
line; thence ,Southeasterly- along the arc of a curve to the left, radius 14 feet,
through a central-angle of 91° 26' 56" a distance of 22.35 feet to the beginning of
a curve to the left, radius 570 feet; thence Easterly along said curve to the left,
radius 570 feet, through a central angle of 10° 59' 08" a distance of 109.29 feet to
the east line of said lot 15, the termination of said line.
