the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of Lot 15, Block 1, Smithers 4th Addition, according to
the Plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 19, records of King County,
Washington, lying southerly of the following described line;
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 15, 12 feet northerly of
the southwest corner thereof; thence westerly, perpendicularly to said westerly
line, a distance of 2 feet to the true point of beginning of said line; thence
southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, radius 12 feet, through
central angle of 90°00'34", a distance of 18.85 feet to a point on the south
line of said lot 15, 10 feet east of the southwest corner thereof, to the
termination of said line.
