THE GRANTOR Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle
for and in consideration of forty, dollars and sixty-five cents ($40.65)
conveys and quit claims to City of Renton
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of Lot 16, Block 1, Smithers 5th Addition, according to
the Plat recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, Page 33, records of King County,
Washington, lying southerly of the following described line;
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Lot 16, 12 feet northerly
of the southeast corner thereof; thence easterly perpendicularly to said east
line, a distance of 2 feet to the true point of beginning os said line; thence
southwesterly along the arc of a curve to the right, radius 12 feet, through
central angle of 89°57'28", a distance of 18.84 feet to a point on the south
line of said Lot 16, 10 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, to the
termination of said line.
