QUIT CLAIM DEED , `c
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Frank A. Storey (a single man)
, of King County, State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the stun of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

D A strip of land 50 feet in width over the following described property:
;--) The North one-half of Tract 288, C.D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden
C) Division #4, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of plats, page 82, records
T2 of King County, Washington; LESS the West 242.3 feet of the South 5 feet; TOGETHER
with undivided one-half interest in the East 10 feet of the South one-half of said
Tract 288.
The centerline of said strip of land being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Tract 288, 122.30 feet East of the
Northwest corner thereof; thence South parallel to the west line of said Tract 288
a distance of 20 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline, said point
also being the Southerly margin of Northeast 14th Street; thence Southerly parallel
to the West line of said Tract 288 a distance of 250 feet, more or less, to the South
line of the above described property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton, its
successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
