QUIT CLAIM DEED
The Grantor, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, for and in consideration of
CO ONE DOLLARS ($1.00) and other valuable consideration conveys and
Id' quit claims to the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, the
CD following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
-- State of Washington, including any interest therein which grantor
COmay hereafter acquire:
t!7 All that portion of street right-of-way designated
N- as N.E. 15th Street and N.E. 15th Place lying within
the following described property:
Portion beginning on West line of Puget Sound Power
& Light transmission R/W easement, which point is
1305 .19 feet south and 188. 14 feet west of NE corner
of SW 1/4 of Sec. 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M. ,
thence west 452. 16 feet, thence south 00°10' 48" east 326. 29
feet; thence east 459. 25 feet to west line said easement;
thence north to beginning.
The grantee by acceptance of this deed assumes full responsibility
for the care and maintenance of the streets located on said
demised property and holds the Housing Authority of the City of
Renton harmless for any liability resulting from said care and
maintenance or lack thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said corporation has caused this
instrument to be executed by it' s proper officers and it' s
corporate seal is to be hereunto affixed this g"4'day of
