QUIT CLAIM DFFD
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Tino and Emma M. Cugini
, of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One (()1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land. lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
A strip of land thirty (30) ft. in width lying parallel with and
adjacent to the northerly line of that certain fifty (50) ft.
right-of-way being known as the Snoqua mie Falls Power Company
_� right-of-way within the northwest one-quarter of the northwest
one-quarter of Section 16, Township 23 North, i?.ange 5 East, W.M.,

its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
