Nov QUITCLAIM DEED

The Grantor, PUGET PROPERTIES, INC. , a Washington
corporation, for and in consideration of One Dollar, receipt
of which is acknowledged, and other good and valuable con-
sideration, hereby conveys and quitclaims to the City of
Renton, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington,
Grantee, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth,
the following described real property situated in the City
of Renton, County of King, State of Washington:
Beginning at a point on the east line
of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Twp. 23 N. , R.
5 E. , W.M. , S 2°06 ' 30" W 9. 90 feet from the
E 1/4 corner of said Section 19;
Thence northwesterly on a curve to the
left, radius of 466 .82 feet; having an initial
tangent bearing of N 62°35 '10" W a distance of
180.48 feet;
Thence S 5°15 '43" W, 40.00 feet to the
intersection of Talbot Road and 11th Avenue
South; said intersection being a point on the
north line of said SE 1/4 which bears N 89°45"47"
W. distant 176.15 feet from said E 1/4 corner;
Thence continuing S 5 °15 '43" W along the
centerline of Talbot Road, 40.00 feet;
Thence southeasterly on a curve to the
right, radius of 386.82 feet, having an
initial tangent bearing of S 84°44 ' 17" E a
distance of 188.36 feet to the east line of
the SE 1/4 of said Section 19;
Thence N 2°06 ' 30" E, 90.65 feet along
said east line to the point of beginning, EX-
CEPT portion of Section 19, Twp. 23 N. , R.
5 E. , lying within the right-of-way of Talbot
Road and 11th Avenue South.

of beginning;
Thence continuing N 21°20 '40" W along
said southwesterly margin 212.69 feet;
Thence S 17°51' 28" W 48.36 feet;
Thence northwesterly on a curve to the
right, having a radius of 304.26 feet and an
initial tangent bearing of N 72°08 '32" W, a
distance of 296.31 feet;
Thence N 16°20 '40" W, 1, 242.20 feet;
Thence on a curve to the left, having a
radius of 466.82 feet, a distance of 376. 76
feet to a point on the west line of the SW
1/4 of said Section 20, being S 2°06 ' 30" W,
9.90 feet from the W 1/4 corner of said Sec-
tion 20;
Thence S 2°06 ' 30" W along the west line
of said Section 20 a distance of 90.65 feet;
Thence southeasterly on a curve to the
right having a radius of 386.82 feet and an
initial tangent bearing of S 56°50' 15" E a
distance of 273.38 feet;
Thence S 16°20 '40" E, 1, 242.20 feet;
Thence on a curve to the left, radius of
384. 26 feet, a distance of 374. 21 feet;
Thence S 56°58 ' 12" E, 139. 29 feet to the
true point of beginning.
The parcels of land above described are a portion of
the right of way for Grantor ' s present and future transmission
and/or distribution lines, and said parcels of land are hereby
conveyed to the Grantee solely for the establishment and main-
tenance of a public highway and the installation and main-

tenance of utility lines and other related municipal purposes.
As part of the consideration for this transaction, it is under-
e tot
stood that Grantor, its successors and assigns, may maintain,
improve, add to or construct electric lines and related
facilities along, under and across the property herein conveyed,
provided however, that any additions or changes to the trans-
mission and/or distribution facilities of the Grantor as well
as any facilities constructed in the future by Grantor shall
not interfere with or obstruct said public highway or other
utility lines or municipal facilities located within the right
of way of such public highway. Should it become necessary in
the future to alter or relocate any of said facilities from
within the right of way herein conveyed, by order of the City
of Renton, all costs for such alterations or relocations
shall be borne by the City of Renton.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Grantor has caused this instrument
to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal
