The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the
following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code.
Deli SEPA Change of Use
LUA19-000190
Location: 2801 NE Sunset Blvd. The applicant is requesting SEPA in order to operate a deli at 2801 NE Sunset
Blvd (APN 722790090). The subject site is 0.46 acres (20,219 sf), zoned CV. Thee proposal is to remodel and
change the use for an existing 2,500 square foot tenant space. The total building area is approximately 4,250 sq.
ft. No expansion of the building footprint is proposed.
Appeals of the DNS must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on October 11, 2019. Appeals must be filed
in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Exami ner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady
Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and more information
may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510.
