Dear Ms. Weihs:
On behalf of our client Car Wash Enterprises, lnc., Barghausen Consulting Engineers, lnc. is submitting
the required application forms, plans, and supporting documentation for a Site Plan Review to allow for
the expansion of the addition of the Auto Sentry. The project includes the addition of a 27- by 20-foot
Auto Sentry canopy structure for unattended, point-of-sale transactions. Additional site improvements
include the addition of a trash enclosure, asphalt paving and striping, new curbing, and perimeter and
interior landscaping. The existing automotive service station will be demolished and replaced with new
paving and landscaping.
