Beginning at a point 388.12 feet South and 15 feet West of the intersection of the
South line of the Cedar River Pipeline right-of-way with the West line of the Sun-
set Highway said point being also 372 feet South and 6.2 feet East of the center
of said Section 18, and run
thence South 2°13'00" West 38 feet to the North line of State Road No. 2;
thence along said North line South 74°50'00" West 84 feet, more or less, to the
most easterly corner of a tract of land deeded to the State of Washington by deed
recorded in Volume 1535 of Deeds, page 572 under Auditor's file no. 2740594;
Thence Westerly along the said North line of State Road No. 2 on a curve to the
right with a radius of 90.5 feet a distance of 25 feet;
thence continuing on said North line on a curve to the left with a radius of 1005
feet, a distance of 143 feet;
11 thence Northerly to the Northeast corner of a tract of land deeded to Vincent D.
