for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, to it paid by the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, a municipal
corporation, does hereby dedicate to public use as a street or thoroughfare,
those certain tracts or parcels of land situated and being in the County of
