A triangular parcel of land, being a portion of the below described MAIN TRACT,
within the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the northwesterly margin of the abandoned Pacific
Coast R.R. Company's New Castle Branch with the northline of said Section 5;
Thence south 89° 03' 45" east along said north line a distance of 16.89 feet to the true
point of beginning;
Thence continuing south 89° 03' 45" east along said north line a distance of 13 feet to
an intersection with the west margin of Meadow Avenue North, produced north
across abandoned Pacific Coast R.R. Company's New Castle Branch;
