Also attached is a completed excise tax form for the property. The County recorder's office has advised me that no excise tax fees will be required as Mr. Thompson owns both parcels and no sale will occur as result of this property line change. Please record this deed on your next trip to the County offices--Recording fees should be charged to the lot line adjustment account #000/000/345.81.00.12.
