Hi Alan,
Attached to this email are the following permitting documents:
· Final JARPA
o On the JARPA, please initial, sign, and return Section 11a on the last page
· Final HPA online application
o Please sign and return the attached HPA Agent Authorization Letter which is the
authorization form for the HPA.
· Draft Biological Evaluation (BE)
o Please make edits in track changes and return to us.
o The BE has its own set of sheets. Sheets 1-6 are the same as the JARPA. Sheet 7
(action area) is new.
After we make your edits to the BE, we will submit the entire application package to the agencies
(this includes the signed JARPA, stream study, and the BE). We will submit the online application for
the HPA separately through WDFW’s online portal APPS.
