a corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Connecticut
Surety are held and firmly bound unto THE CITY OF RENTON as Obligee, in the total sum of
Two Hundred Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Eight & 54/100 ($ 231,408.54 ) dollars,
for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, the executors, administrators, successors
and assigns, jointly and severally, firm by these present:
For: public improvements made as part of the GH Phase 2 project including right away improvements
(bus stop and traffic signal), storm water and drainage facilities, and Civil construction permits
NOW THEREFORE THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the Principal shall
maintain and remedy said work free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
two (2) years following completion, then this obligation shall be void otherwise shall remain in
full force and effect.
