CALL TO ORDER Chair Tim Searing called the meeting to order at 4:28pm. 2. ROLL CALL Members Present: Cynthia Burns,Al Dieckman, Larry Reymann,Tim Searing,Shun Takano, and Marlene Winter Members Absent: Troy Wigestrand City Staff Present: Kelly Beymer, Community Services Administrator; Leslie Betlach, Parks Planning and Natural Resources Director® Cailfn Hunsaker, Parks and Trails Director;Alan Wyatt, Capital Projects Coordinator, Ian Gray, Urban Forestry Manager and Roberta Graver,Administrative Assistant 3. PARKS TOUR Board members boarded a city van to tour Kiwanis Park, Philip Arnold Park and Thomas Teasdale Park to view Park Bond projects. No official business took place on the park tour. 4. ADJOURNMENT Upon return to City Hall,Tim Searing adjourned the meeting.
