We plan to build a 2-bedroom, 716 sq. ft. Additional apartment above the existing 2 car
garage on site.
We plan an exterior stair access to the new upper floor ADU.
We plan to permit and finish the existing ¾ bath in the existing garage which is planned
to be used by the house owner for outside garden work bath.
We plan to apply for a variance to use the existing garage location because it is over
200 feet from the main road on a flag pole type lot location with a house in front.
And the back of the property is a steep slope and unbuildable.
