The Board must determine benefits according to the increase in the Consumer Price Index for the previous calendar year for the Seattle, Washington, area as compiled by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor. The Bureau has updated its form for this year and has reported a 1.2% increase in the CPI percentage for All Urban Consumers in the Seattle area for 2004. A copy of the report is attached.
