hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Renton, the following described real estate,
situated in King County, in the State of Washington, under the imminent threat of the
Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain: �

Also, the Grantor Kenneth G. Lee, requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said
