The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. ,
The Grantee shall,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore
the surface of the agreement,and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of
the work,as nearly as practicable to the eon�itior,t::ey ti�ere in immediately before co:nmencement of the
work or entry by the Grantee except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantor from date hereof,and shall continue for
two(2)years. �
