CONCRETE FOR THE BRIDGE DECK OVERHANG SHALL BE CLASS 4000D, CONCRETE FOR BARRIER SHALL BE CLASS 4000. 4. REINFORCING STEEL SHALL CONFORM TO ASTM A706 OR AASHTO M31 (ASTM A615). 5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STAB/CITY OF THE STRUCTURE DURING CONSTRUCTION. TEMPORARY SUPPORTS AND FALSEWORK SHALL BE GRADUALLY RELEASED TO PREVENT IMPACT OR UNDUE STRESSES IN THE STRUCTURE. 6. SEE BRIDGE AS -CONSTRUCTED PLANS FOR ADDITIONAL BRIDGE DETAILS. 7.
