Subject: Notice of Incomplete Application
Cedars at the Highlands, LUA19-000265, FP
Dear Mr. Waltier:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is
incomplete according to submittal requirements and the following items will need to be
submitted for the application to be determined complete:
Conditions of Compliance Letter showing that all conditions of approval have been
satisfied.
Public Works Approval - Construction is not substantially complete.
Monument Cards - Final lift of asphalt and monuments are not yet in place.
The City will review the documents you provided under a Pre-submittal review and
provide comments to help facilitate a complete submittal application and ultimately an
