Councilmember Corman referred a review of the City Center Community Planning Area to the
administration - specifically the policy to not use eminent domain for the proposed Riverwalk
concept as it relates to proposed trail expansion projects located in the planning area, such as
the Lake Washington Loop Trail project. —Covington, Zimmerman, Vincent, and Moloney.
Councilmember Pavone referred nuisance parking and dumping issues along Hayes PI SW to
the administration. —Vincent, Moloney, and Milosevich.
