port Quendall Company owns the property commonly known as of 4350 Lake Washington
Boulevard in Renton. This letter serves as the approval by the owner of Flatiron-Lane's
temporary use of the property. Flatiron-Lane will utilize the property as a laydown yard for
.qriprr.rt and material storage under a lease with the owner. The temporary use being requested
by Hatiron-Lane is to install timporary office trailers on the site. These trailers are to house the
Flatiron-Lane and WSDOT Project Teams.
