SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
19002 108th Ave Vegetation Management / LUA19-000310 RVMP
Dear Mr. Kwan:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on
December 6th 2019. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in
order to proceed further.
Per our conversation, the following will need to be corrected and submitted before March 2nd, 2019 so
that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
1. A revised planting plan and corresponding narrative
Once the applicant has reviewed the above comments and amended necessary plan sets and studies to
bring the project closer to compliance with Renton Municipal Code, the applicant shall submit electronic
copies of the any modified plan sheets and studies in compliance with the City’s electronic plan review
standards.
In addition to the corrections listed above the following comments are provided as informational only:
2. The submitted planting plan must reflect your full proposal for all new plantings in lieu of the 289
caliper inches to be replaced. Any caliper inches not shown on this plan shall be charged with a
fee in lieu of $215 per caliper inch. We require replacement trees at a rate of one-to-one (1:1)
caliper inches, with each new planting at a minimum size of two inches (2”) in caliper.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. Please
