Primary power will be brought to the site from existing abandon meter base.
AT&T GC will need to install (1) 3” Schedule 40 PVC conduit with pulltape, from the existing meter base to the
new H-Frame in AT&T lease area.
AT&T GC will need to install new H-Frame at proposed AT&T new site location for power and fiber handoff
equipment.
AT&T GC will need to size and install new A/C service panel on H-Frame.
AT&T GC will need to size and install power wire from meter base to A/C service panel.

Notes:
• AT&T GC to request locates prior to any excavation.
• AT&A GC to maintain proper clearances from all existing pipin g, drainage and conduits on
property.
• Where power and telco are placed in a combined trench, a minimum 12” separation must be
maintained at all times.
• All sweeps to have a minimum 36” radius unless otherwise noted.
• AT&T GC to provide a minimum 3’-6” clearance in front of the meter base.
• PSE will require 24-hour access to their facilities.
• AT&T GC to have all required inspections complete prior to PSE installing their wiring and
energizing the service.

Where the Utility places and maintains power and/or Telco assets on private property from the Right of Way to the site, the S ite Acq
agent is responsible for securing land rights for the path, environment (Aerial or Underground), and 24/7 access where the plant will
reside and as required by the utility. Also applicable to 3 rd party private property where required.
Where the Utility does not require an exclusive easement, the SA vendor shall determine the final means of securing the appropriate
land rights and approving with the utility and landlord/owner. Also applicable to 3 rd party private property where required.

AT&T GC will need to provide and install a new 3048 handhole (or approved) by the existing fiber vault.
AT&T GC to install (1) 4” SCH 40 PVC conduit and (3) 1-1/4” innerducts, from the new 3048 handhole just outside the
fenced compound to the new AT&T lease area. AT&T GC will need to place the conduit in a 36” below grade trench.
AT&T GC will need to provide and install detectable warning tape in the trench above the fiber conduits.

Easement Requirements or Suggestions:
Once a fiber provider is selected, Site Acq will need to verify with the provider whether the existing
access/utility easement already in place by virtue of lease or non -exclusive easement will suffice in lieu of a
separate utility easement.
Where the Utility places and maintains power and/or telco assets on private property from the Right of Way
to the site, the Site Acq agent is responsible for securing land rights for the path, environment (Aerial or
Underground), and 24/7 access where the plant will reside and as required by the utility. Also applicable to 3rd
party private property where required.
