The recording instructions in order are as follows: Record drainage covenant. Insert the recording number of the drainage covenant on sheet 1 of 2, on the box under the “New Private Storm Drainage Easements” section. Record the final short plat. Record bill of sale. Please have the Courier take these documents via: 4-hour service 10:00 AM deadline. A check in the amount of $27.29 is attached. According to Finance, the King County recording fees for this and all subsequent plat recordings should be charged to account # 000.000000.000.237.40.0.000. Please call me if you have any questions.
