Attached please find the above referenced five sets of original final short plat plans, and three paper copies for recording with King County.
The recording instructions in order are as follows:
Record drainage covenant.
Insert the recording number of the drainage covenant on sheet 1 of 2, on the box under the “New Private Storm Drainage Easements” section.
Record the final short plat.
Record bill of sale.
Please have the Courier take these documents via:
4-hour service 10:00 AM deadline. A check in the amount of $27.29 is attached.
According to Finance, the King County recording fees for this and all subsequent plat recordings should be charged to account # 000.000000.000.237.40.0.000. Please call me if you have
