1. Call To Order:
Chair Brent Beden called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Camila Lagow to approve the January 22, 2019 meeting minutes. Carried.
3. Unfinished Business:
Bill Larson moved to nominate Jim Matthew and Seconded by Jim Matthew for the position of Vice Chair.
Camila Lagow moved to nominate Kathleen Booher and Seconded by Brent Beden to the position of Vice Chair.
Three Commissioners voted in favor of Jim Matthew and one Commissioner voted in favor of Kathleen Booher.
Jim Matthew was selected as the Vice Chair of the Commission.
