Meeting Minutes —January 22, 2019
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Brent Beden, Kathleen Booher, Camila Lagow, Bill Larson

1. Call To Order:
Chair Brent Beden called the meeting to order at 4:17 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Kathleen Booher to approve the November 27, 2018 meeting minutes.
Carried.
3. Unfinished Business:
None
4. New Business:
None
5. Other Business/Comments
A. Election of Chair and Vice Chair*
Bill Larson moved to nominate Brent Beden and Seconded by Kathleen Booher for the position
of Chair. Carried.
Bill Larson moved to nominate Jim Matthew. Camila Lagow moved to nominate Kathleen
Booher. Two Commissioners voted in favor of Jim Matthew as Vice Chair and two Commission-
ers voted for Kathleen Booher as Vice Chair. Jim Matthew was not present at the meeting so he
was not able to vote. Bill Larson moved to delay the appointment of the Vice Chair until the
next meet when the full Commission was available. Kathleen Booher Seconded the motion.
Carried.
B. Kathleen Booher moved to approve the 2019 Civil Service meeting dates and Camilla Lagow
Seconded. Carried.
C. Next Regular meeting is February 26, 2019**
6. Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 4:22 p.m.
Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Kathleen Booher. Carried.
