PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review,
Environmental (SEPA) Review, two street standards Modifications, and a refuse and recycling Modification
for the construction of a 5,463 square foot medical/dental office with underground parking for 13 vehicles.
The project site totals 8,417 square feet and is located within the Commercial Arterial (CA) zoning
designation and Urban Design District D.

PUBLIC HEARING: A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for February 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM before the
Renton Hearing Examiner in Renton Council Chambers on the 7th floor of Renton City Hall, located at 1055
South Grady Way.
