The Parcel numbers are 1332730050 (Lot 5) and1332730060 (Lot 6). This letter accornpanies the formal LLA application submitted to the City ofRenton.The parcels are currently zoned R-4 within the City of Renton. The lots are vacant. The City is currentlyreviewing a grading application, which includes these parcels. The Lot 5 boundary is irregular, due to theexisting parcels to the south. This irregular shape, the grading and the City's requirement for wall height,constrains the buildable area on Lot 5. We are requesting an LLA to move the west line lot of Lot 5.Both proposed new Lots 5 and 6 will meet the lot sizing requirements for the development.
