Grady Way, Renton , WA 98057-3232 425.430.6593 Sunridge Townhomes 2 - Site Plan Review - Construction Mitigation Description ●Proposed construction dates (begin and end dates) Pending permit approval, construction will begin ____________ and end ________ ●Hours and days of operation: Work, especially concerning noise, shall be done during normal hours of the day, ●Proposed hauling/transportation route Any Hauling/transportation to and from the site will be low impact to regular traffic. ●Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic, and transportation impacts, erosion mud, noise, and other noxious characteristics: All work shall be done during normal hours. Dust and erosion mud will be kept to a minimum, and instructions to clean and maintain worksite will be mandated. ●Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling: Work shall be done during normal hours. Residents in the vicinity will be notified if otherwise​.
