Dear Ms. Kazi:
This letter confirms the appeal hearing dates and deadlines set by the Hearing Examiner at the
June 26, 2018 pre-hearing conference for the above matter. The following hearing date is
hereby ordered:
Appeal Hearing: Tuesday,July 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
The above proceedings will take place in the Council Chambers on the seventh floor of Renton
City Hall, located at 1055 S Grady Way in Renton. If your case is called and you are not present,
your appeal may be automatically denied.
In addition, you must provide all witness names and copies of exhibits and any other
documentation or evidence you would like to be entered at the Hearing to Senior Assistant City
Attorney, Leslie Clark, at Iclark@rentonwa.gov on or before deadline listed below. The City is
also ordered to provide its witness names, exhibits, and any other documentation or evidence
to you by the same deadline. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the exclusion of
witnesses, exhibits, and other documentation or evidence at the appeal hearing.
Witness and Exhibits Deadline: Tuesday, July 17, 2018, by close of business
