Project No. Permit No. At the client's request, ESNW rep was onsite to test pH and turbidity of stormwater. Test pH of Stormwater: ESNW representative took pH and NTU tests of stormwater. In the filler baker tanks, ESNW representative observed: 10.74 and 16.12 NTUs. ESNW representative observed contractor added dry ice to lower the pH level. ESNW representative observed that pH level was contained onsite. ESNW rep. will return to observe earthwork activities when requested by client.
