SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SIGNED PLAN SETS AND NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
APPROVAL LUA20-000017 / Canyon Terrace Lots 5 and 6 LLA
Dear Mr. Deaver:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready to
send the final version for recording subject to the following:
Please make corrections reflected in the attached markup summary on the LLA survey
sheet.
After making the corrections, please submit the following:
Five original signed Lot Line Adjustment plan sheets and a check for $27.97 made out to
Delivery Express, Inc. for the courier fee to my attention at the sixth floor counter of
City Hall.
Payment of $187.50 for the recording fees. Please bring the enclosed invoice and pay
this fee at the first floor Finance Counter at City Hall
Please verify that the plan sets have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will
promptly record the lot line adjustment.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal
period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be filed with
the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, March 11, 2020. Appeals must be filed in writing
together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way,
Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and information on
the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, (425) 430-6510.
