To avoid Ex Parte communications, I'm just going to identify information in the record that may answer the
question below. Admission of the thumbdrive was referenced in respect to Ex. 22 at 1:02:33 in the audio
recording of the hearing posted on the City's website. My copy of the thumbdrive does not appear to contain
any geotechnical reports.

Jason,

I have a question regarding the Hearing Examiner’s record/exhibits list. At the hearing, my colleague Erin
Anderson submitted a thumb drive containing the full Energize Eastside permit file as part of the record as the
City’s staff report omitted certain documents (e.g., the geotechnical reports). I am not seeing this information
listed on the Hearing Examiner’s exhibit list. PSE plans to submit a motion for limited correction and needs to
cite to documents in that permit file.
Can you confirm that this submission was included in the record and what exhibit number I should reference?
Thank you,
Sara Leverette

Hello,
My office intends to inform everyone as soon as possible after receiving the decision,
however, at this time the Hearing Examiner has not issued it. We will keep you updated.

Good afternoon, Mr. Seth,
I write on behalf of Puget Sound Energy to inquire whether the City will be issuing a Hearing
Examiner decision today on the Energize Eastside Conditional Use Permit application, No.
LUA 18-000055. Do you have any update you are able to share?
Kind regards,
Erin
