SUBJECT: Meadowvue Plat – Deferral Application (DEF18006106) for Work Permitted Under
Civil Construction Permit C17002646
Dear Mr. Bissette:
Your request to defer the following items inside the plat of Meadowvue (aka Meadow View Estates) is
approved for a period of 1 year, until November 14, 2019, as follows:
Description Cost
1. Top lift of asphalt within SE 5th Place and 154th Avenue SE (22,500 sy) $30,000.00
2. Monuments (1 ea) $1,500.00
Total $31,500.00
In order to meet the requirements of the deferral, please forward a security device payable to the City of
Renton in the amount of $47,250.00 which represents 150 percent of the estimated cost of the deferral items
stated above. The security device must be in place with the City prior to recording of the plat.
According to City code, you have 15 days from the date of this letter to appeal the administrative
determination. Appeals are to be filed in writing, with the City Clerk and require a filing fee in the amount of
$500.00. Additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk’s
office by calling (425) 430-6510.
