In lieu of inspection by the City, the Owners rrtay elect to ei�gage a ]icensed civil engineer registered in the state a�F Washingtan wlio has exp�rtis� ir-�drainage to inspect the drainage facilities and pro�ide a written repart describing their condition. [f tfte engineer option is chosen,the Owners shal9 provide written notice to the City of Renton within fif�een(15)days of recei�ing the City's natice of inspeetian.Within thirty(30)days of gi�ing�his notice,the Owners,or engineer on faehal�af the C}wners,sha[i pro�ide the engineer'S repart ta tl�e City of Renton. If the repart is not provided in a timely manner as specified above,�he City of Renton may inspect the dra[nage facilEti�s without furiher notiee. 3. If City of Etentan d�t�rmines frorn its inspection, or from an engineer's report pro�ided in accardance with Paragraph 2, that maintenance, repair, restarat[on, and/ar miCigation work is required to be don�to any of the drainage facilities, City of Rentan sf�all notify the Owners of the specific maintenance, repair, restaratian, and/or n�itigatian work ("Work"} required pursuant ta the Ren�on Municipa! Code. The City shall also set a reasonai�le c{eactline for�he Owners to co��npl�te the Work, or to pravide an engine�r's report that �erifies completEor� of th� Work. AfCer the deadline f�as passed, th� Owners shall allow the City access to re-insp�ct the drainage facilities u�less an en�irreer`s re�art has been pro�ided ��rifying cam�letion of the Work. ff the Wor[c is n�t comple�ed within the time frame set by the City, the City may initiate an enforcement actio� and/or p�r�arm the Work and hereby is �iven access to th� Property far such purposes.
