FROM A SHALLOW AQUIFER UNDER THE CITY SURFACE. THERE IS NO
NATURAL BARRIER BETWEEN THE WATER TABLE AND GROUND SURFACE.
EXTREME CARE SHOULD BE EXERCISED WHEN HANDLING OF ANY LIQUID
