Dear Angelea, We are coming up on our April 8, 2020 additional information submittal date per “On Hold” Notice
letter dated January 10, 2020 for VEK on Aberdeen and would like to request a 30-day extension.
We are working hard on the storm re-design and are getting close to completion. However, once the storm re-design is completed, we still need to send it to the Geotechnical Engineer to finish updating their report and then back to Encompass to complete the response letter. Not knowing the Riley Group,
Inc.’s schedule and the amount of time needed for them to complete their report we are concerned at
meeting the deadline. Thank you for your consideration is this request.
