The undersigned are property owners in the proposed annexation area who represent
not less than ten percent (10%) of the area's estimated assessed value who desire to
annex to the City of Renton.
We hereby advise the City Council of the City of Renton that it is our desire to commence
annexation proceedings under the provisions of RCW 35A.14.120, of all or any part of the area
described below.
The territory proposed to be annexed is within King County, Washington, and is contiguous to
the City of Renton. A map (Exhibit 1) and legal description (Exhibit 2) are included as part of
this petition.
The City Council is requested to set a date not later than sixty days after the filing of this
request for a public meeting with the undersigned.
1. At such meeting, the City Council will decide whether the City will accept, reject or
geographically modify the proposed annexation;
Z. The City Council will decide whether to require simultaneous adoption of a
proposed zoning regulation; and
3. The City Council will decide whether to require the assumption of a proportional
share of existing city indebtedness by the area to be annexed.

Notice of Intention. It may be filed with other pages containing additional signatures which
cumulatively may be considered as a single Notice of Intention.

Records of King County,Washington;
TOGETHER WITH that portion of 154`h Avenue SE right of way lying between the north and south lines of
said Lot 5 of Block 1 extended easterly to the easterly margin of said right of way;
TOGETHER WITH that portion of 152"d Avenue SE right of way lying between the north and south lines of
said Lots 3,4 and 5 of Blockl extended westerly to the westerly margin of said right of way;
TOGETHER WITH that portion of 152"d Avenue SE right of way dedicated by the subdivision Briar Hills
No.4 as recoded in Volume 113 of Plats, Page 077,Records of King County,Washington;
TOGETHER WITH that portion of 152"d Avenue SE right of way dedicated by the subdivision Briar Hills
No. 2 as recorded in Volume 102 of Plats,Page 090, Records of King County,Washington lying between
the north line of Lot 1 and the south line of Lot 8 extended easterly to the easterly margin of said right
of way;
All situate in the SQuthwest Quarter of Section 14,Township 23 North, Range 5 East,W.M. in King
County,Washington.
