We hereby advise the City Council of the City of Renton that it is our desire to comrr�ence annexation proceedings under the provisions of RCW 3SA.14.120, of al1 or any part af the area described befow. The territory proposed to be annexed is withln King Gounty, Washington, and is contiguous ta the City af Renton. A map (Exhibit 1) and lega! description (Exhibit 2} are included as part of this petition. The City Cauncil is requested to set a date not later than sixty ctays after the filing of this request for a public meeting with the undersigned. 1. At such meeting,the City Counci!will decide whether the City will accept, reject ar geographically modify the proposed annexation; 2. The City Council will decide whether to require simultaneous adoption of a proposed zoning regulation;and 3. The City Council will decide whether to require the assumption of a proportional share of existing city indebtedness by the area to be annexed.
