The undersigned are property owners in the proposed annexation area who represent
not less than ten percent (109�0) of the area's estimated assessed value who desire to
annex to the City of Renton.
We hereby advise the City Council of the City of Renton that it is our desire to commence
annexafion proceedings under the provisions of RCW 35A.14.120, of all or any part of the area
described below.
The territory proposed to be annexed is within King County, Washington, and is contiguous to
the City of Renton. A map (Exhibit 1) and legal description (Exhibit 2) are included as part of
this petition.
The City Council is requested to set a date not later than sixty days after the filing of this
request for a public meeting with the undersigned.
1. At such meeting, the City Council will decide whether the City will accept, reject or
geographically modify the proposed annexation;
2. The City Council will decide whether to require simultaneous adoption of a
proposed zoning regulation; and
3. The City Council will decide whether to require the assumption of a proportional
share of existing city indebtedness by the area to be annexed.

signers that such multiple pages of the Notice of Intention be presented and considered as one
Notice of Intention. It may be filed with other pages containing additional signatures which
cumulatively may be considered as a single Notice of Intention.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the Renton City Limits and the
southwest corner of the Cedar River Natural Zone (parcel # 2123059008);
thence easterly along the southern boundary of the Cedar River Natural Zone
to the intersection of the Seattle Public Utilities Water Pipeline; thence
southerly along the Seattle Public Utilities Water Pipeline to the intersection
of the Seattle Public Utilities Water Pipeline and the southeast corner of
parcel # 2460700010; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the
Fairlane Woods residential development to the point of intersection of the
Renton City Limits and the southwestern corner of Cedar River Pipeline
R/W (parcel # 2123059020); thence northwesterly along the western
boundary of the Cedar River Pipeline R/W; thence northerly along the
