Dear Mr. Burrus:
This letter is to notify you that the City has performed a “Final Closeout Inspection” to determine if the above
noted Maintenance and Defect Surety for the Vuecrest Estates and Vuecrest II Short Plat projects can be released.
The enclosed shows the punch list items identified during the “Final Closeout Inspection” that are required to be
resolved to final this inspection and release the surety.
Please contact in the City’s Construction Inspection line (425-430-7203) within 30 days from the date of this letter
(by May 7, 2020) and a minimum of 24-hours prior to performing the work on site to correct “Final Closeout
Inspection” punch list.

with signs that are connected with nuts and bolts per City

Punch List Item No 4. Install No Parking signs on the installed sign posts near the
creek crossing.
Punch List Item No 5. Replace all dead trees in Tracts A, B and C (13 total)
Punch List Item No 6. Remove all tree stakes and straps from healthy trees.
Punch List Item No 7. Replace shrubs and ground cover along the backside of the
south sidewalk (between the road and the fence – from the
electric vault and the lamp post) within Tract B. There is a bit of a
drop from the sidewalk to the ground along this stretch that needs
to be brought up to the elevation of the sidewalk.
