This is supplemental to the 10% annexation request. I have received confirmation
that the other Land owner that are map out to be annex into the City Of Renton give full
support. Attach to this letter are the signature page, Property information for the King
County Web Site, and a copy of the Submittal for annexation.
This will bring the annexation request to 100% (One Hundred percent) for it.

We hereby advase the City C��zncil of tt�e City of Renton that it is our des�re to co�nence
annexation proceedings under the pro�risions of RCW 35A.14.120 of all or any part of the area
described below. -
The territory proposed to be aau:exed is within King Count�r, `'Vashington, and is centiguous to
the City of Renton. A legal descriptian (Exhibit E1) and map (Exhibit B) are included as part of
this petition.
The City Counczl is requested to set a date noi tatec than sixty days after the filing of this request
for a public meeti�g wa�h tl�e undersigned.
1. At such meeting, the City Council will decide whether the City wi�� accept,reject or
geographically modify the proposed annexa�ion;
2. The City Gounc�� wiIl decide whether to requiie szxn.ultaneous adogtion of a
praposed zoning regulati�n, such a proposat �aving been pr�pared and f led for the
area to be annexed as provided�or in RCW 35A.14.330 and 35A.14340; and,
3. The City Council will decide whether to require the assum�ption of existing city
indebtedness by the area to be a�nexed.
