On behalf of our client MainVue WA LLC, we are pleased to submit this final plat application for the above
referenced project. The preliminary plat was approved January 8, 2015, with a final approval upon
reconsideration issued by the Hearing Examiner on January 26, 2015. The decision was affirmed by the
Renton City Council on June 8, 2015. The following items have been included with this submittal for your
review:
1. One completed Land Use Permit Master Application Form
2. One check for submittal review fees
3. One copy of the arborist reports including:
a. One copy of the Tree Assessment prepared by Washington Forestry Consultants, Inc.
dated May 24, 2018
b. One copy of the Revised Tree Protection Plan prepared by Washington Forestry
Consultants, Inc. dated August 16, 2017
4. One copy of the lot closure calculations
5. One copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of HOA
6. One copy of the Composite Utility Plan approved August 23, 2017
7. One copy of the Confirmation of Compliance with all Conditions of Plat Approval statement
8. One copy of the Preliminary Plat Approval documents including:
a. Hearing Examiner Decision issued January 8, 2015
b. Hearing Examiner Final Decision Upon Reconsideration issued January 26, 2015
c. Renton City Council affirmation of HEX Decision dated June 8, 2015
d. ERC Report
9. One copy of the draft Deed of Right-of-Way Dedication (see Final Plat Map)
10. One copy of the revised Density Worksheet
